We are pleased to present the latest issue of our journal, published in 2018.
The section «Telecommunications and radio engineering» begins with the article, dedicated to resolving issues of information security in communication channels. The method, based on masking signal-like interference, the block diagram of the installation, the technique for the experimental check of radio signals masking are offered. In the second article the method of calculating loss power distribution at the presence of nonuniformities along the radio wave propagation path is suggested. The next article investigates approaches to calculating voltages and currents in a nonuniform data transmission line based on the integral representation of the general solution of the ordinary homogeneous linear differential equation of the second order using functions, satisfying Riccati equations. The fourth paper discusses the approach to ensuring steady inverse filter operation at the presence of equal or close to zero components in the filtered signal spectrum is considered. The final paper of this section is addressed to the research into the properties of focused antennas for problems of acoustic ultrasonic diagnostics. There is presented spatial field distributions in the region of focal point and in the focal plane.
The article concerning the problems of development and introduction of the system of monitoring and diagnostics of communication elements of management systems is published in the section «Computer engineering and informatics». The system was tested by the example of a wireless management-information organization system.
The section «Electronics» includes the paper that is addressed, dedicated to the research into the mathematical model, connecting process parameters of magnetron sputtering with complex permeability of thin films of zinc oxide. The model was proven using the experimental data bulk.
The final section presents the results of the work of the 28th International Conference «Microwave and Telecommunication Technologies «CriMiCo-2018», where the scientists of VSUT delivered reports.
